Do you ever feel purposeless or lost without a clear sense of direction?
Do you also experience a sudden darkness on your route, making it impossible for you to see your way?
You could start to lose hope and develop the bad habit of merely existing, forgetting to live. There may come a time when you lose all desire to rise early.
It's acceptable to experience times when you feel totally adrift. However, if you begin to think that becoming lost is fun, it might be more difficult for you to find your way back. Therefore, it is best to stay on the beaten road. It's acceptable to go through periods of depression, but if you do, you risk becoming so acclimated to the pain that you never experience joy again.
Sadness has a habit-forming quality. So be cautious of bad notions. Your mind is a strong instrument, but if you pay attention to every voice that seeks to undermine you, it could be used against you. Your mind is the enemy's target, and your thoughts are the enemy's weapons. Therefore, be mindful of the thoughts you have.

The adversary is like a robber trying to break in and take your delight. Don't let him do it. Give him no delight in doing that. Refrain from thinking downbeat ideas all the time. Tempting though it may seem. What God has planned for His children is beyond the capacity of human imagination. Being good is like a river.
Dear one, always keep in mind that I have wonderful plans for you while you're feeling down. You can feel as though things are not turning out the way you had hoped. Keep in mind that God is still working with you if you feel like giving up. His ideas are much bigger than anything you could possibly fathom. So, have courage. God is here to give you life, and abundant life at that. Ample refers to being overflowing. He desires for goodness, pleasure, and health to abound in your life.
Being lost just serves as a reminder that you are only human. I will always be there to hold your hand and guide you through as your cherished mother. even on the gloomiest of evenings. You have a huge job to complete, and I'll shield you from your adversaries and anyone who might wish you harm. The opponent wants you to fail most of all. He can easily destroy your faith if you allow yourself to think negatively. Take good care of your thoughts. Like you would your home, keep it secure from robbers.
Remember that you are not alone if you ever feel like giving up. Call out to me since God already shaped your future when you were made. The difficulties you are currently experiencing are just intended to make you stronger and more resilient, thus life has been preparing you for your purpose all of your life.
You are only going through this season, dear one. And you're about to start on your path to greatness. If you knew the plans God has for you, you would be jumping for delight. Hold out a little longer; when His intentions for you begin to materialize, you will be so grateful for the adventure.
You are my kid, beloved, and I implore you never to forget how much I adore you. And that during your journey, I'll look out for you and comfort you. Trust in me because you are my kid and I have nothing but glory and riches in store for you.

Dear Mother, I appreciate you reassuring me of the wonderful plans God has for me. I ask that you hold my hand always when I feel lost. And please help me to remember that you are my comfort and my protection whenever my path grows gloomy and I lose faith in life.
